Hye Precision Products designs and builds custom tooling and complex assemblies for manufacturers of industrial, consumer and aerospace products. At Hye Precision our engineering staff has the capability to carry a tool design project from concept, planning, 3D solid modeling, stress analysis, engineering drawings to technical documentation through the manufacturing of a fully engineered tool or fixture. Our in-house engineering capabilities include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, as well as custom application programming.
In addition to our design and engineering capabilities we have the ability to build what we design. Our projects include comprehensive resources and procurement expertise. Design reviews with clients are held throughout the process to make sure that the tool meets exacting specifications. Hye Precision has a fully equipped, state-of-the-art machine shop featuring a full array of both CNC and conventional support equipment. Our staff is comprised of a dedicated team of trained, experinced tool makers, machinists and field service mechanics all capable of handling the most challenging tasks. We have produced assemblies up to 240β long, 144β wide and 200β high, in weights of up to 20,000 lbs. Precision Machining
At the heart of Hye Precision is itβs precision machining capability. Our shop has a full array of standard manual, as well as, CNC machine tools. We do turning, milling, heat treatment, surface grinding and finally inspection. What really sets us apart is our staff of machinists and toolmakers. In addition to being committed to superior quality and insuring your project meets all the required specifications, we’re not finished until the component is properly deburred, cleaned and degreased. Our customers expect and receive fully finished parts ready for installation.
