Tool and machine design is our business. The production team at Hye Precision is comprised of experienced engineers, CAD technicians and Programmers.
Our engineering team has a long history of experience in designing and building custom machines for a variety of manufacturing operations. Whether for assembly, production finishing or material handling, we create the most effective solutions for our customers’ unique machinery needs depending on their specific requirements.
Our tooling products range from small simple jigs and fixtures to large electro-mechanical tools with moving actions. Our in-house engineering capabilities include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and custom application programming. All engineering design and support services are 100% in-house. This insures our ability to provide ongoing support for our clients without the need for third party contractors.
Our engineers have access to and are experienced with a wide range of platforms and protocols, utilizing the most sophisticated software programs in the industry.

Our team is skilled in all aspects of machine design including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications. We have both the experience and the facilities to design, build and test your machinery on our own state-of-the-art equipped premises. More important, we offer ongoing engineering support and parts for any tooling or machinery we manufacture.
At Hye Precision we have built our reputation by providing innovative designs that increase efficiency and eliminate manufacturing bottle necks. We start by listening to our customers to fully understand their expectations and develop a list of process bench marks. Then we execute. We assemble a team to brain storm, always thinking out of the box. Our engineers have at their disposal either Pro Engineer or SolidWorks CAD / CAE software to create detailed solid models. From there they produce detailed engineering drawings or create a finite element model to complete a stress analysis as required.

Hye Precision has the capability to design and build electrical controls. Beginning with input from both our customer and mechanical design staff, our controls designer will select the required HMI, sensors, and controller to meet the project requirement. This is followed by panel layout, wiring diagrams, and finally programming. Control systems are engineered for reliability using components and hardware from top manufacturers including Allen Bradley, Omron, DeltaTau, GE Fanuc among others. Basically any PLC platform could be accommodated. Additionally, we are comfortable using all communication protocols. We also have the capability to retrofit and upgrade your existing machines to automate your processes, including the re-working and redesigning of the controls, hardware and software.

TESTING, ANALYSIS & VALIDATION
Hye Precision has a long history of designing reliable tools. We don’t just rely on our experience to satisfy the integrity of our designs, we validate. If required your project can be fully analyzed, we have the capability to perform a full stress analysis and report. This allows us to determine the stress levels and verify that the mechanical part or assembly has integrity and will perform safely. In addition to stress we can analyze the stability of complex structures with multiple axial loading. Capabilities include composite honeycomb sandwich structures and bolted joint strength analysis in assemblies with multiple bolted connections. Finally, we can provide other failure analysis reports, FMEA, and FFMEA as required.
